If you just want the weight loss, the significant other, your kids to behave, your husband to change, or to stop smoking, I’m not for you.

If you just want the weight loss, the significant other, your kids to behave, your spouse to change, or to stop smoking, I’m not for you. If you think getting the thing you want will make you happy, think again. Sure it can bring temporary moments of joy but unless you’ve developed positive patterns of thought you’ll just bring along the same old patterns of worry, stress, discontent, not feeling worthy, not feeling good enough, the nagging feeling something is wrong with me, or annoyance, anger, and fear about life conditions or people in your life.

You may get the thing you want or achieve your goal but you’re back in the same old place, with the familiar negative patterns of thought.

How about lose the weight and learn to love and feel comfortable with yourself along the way? What about actually wanting to exercise and eat healthy because you want to care for what you love, you.

What about building up you confidence, feelings of worthiness and deserving of support,love, and good things in life; and then attracting the significant other who is in a healthy place too.

How about feeling peaceful with your kids, despite their fussing eating, whining, complaining, or making poor choices, and overall being human just like you. Wouldn’t it feel good to focus on their strengths and talents and come from a more balanced perspective where creative solutions and answers come and you notice you are actually enjoying the experience of parenting along the way.
